These Terms are applicable to all websites and mobile applications owned and operated by us or our affiliates, which reference these Terms, as well as the related services provided both online and offline, including our social media pages (together referred to as the “Services”).

By signing up for or using our Services, you are agreeing to receive promotional emails and communications from Sana’s Invite. You may opt-out of receiving such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

Sana’s Invite is an online platform designed to simplify and enhance the event planning process. Our services allow users to create, manage, and send digital invitations for various occasions, including weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, and more. Users can customize invitations, manage guest lists, track RSVPs, and communicate with guests through emails and SMS notifications. Sana’s Invite also offers additional features like vendor listings, classified ads, event-related reviews, and various email services to help users organize successful events.

Our platform includes a comprehensive dashboard feature, enabling users to manage every aspect of their events seamlessly. Key dashboard functionalities include a budget calculator to help track expenses, a to-do list for organizing tasks, tools to manage events and timelines, options to save your favorite vendors and services, and tools to manage vendor communications efficiently.

Additionally, Sana’s Invite offers easy sharing options, allowing users to share event invitations and updates directly via social media platforms, WhatsApp, and text messages. This ensures quick and convenient communication with guests across multiple channels.

Sana’s Invite provides a collection of online resources, including vendor listings, classified ads, reviews, and various email services available on or through Sana’s Invite (referred to hereafter as “the Service”) subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Sana’s Invite services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Sana’s Invite services, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Host Authorization and Responsibility
When a user (the event host) signs up and agrees to the platform’s terms, they are given the ability to send invitations via email or phone. By using the platform’s tools, the host effectively authorizes Sana’s Invite to send these messages on their behalf. The host is solely responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate permissions to contact their guests. This shifts legal responsibility to the person sending the invitation. Misuse of the platform for unauthorized communications may result in suspension or termination of the host’s account.

3. Transactional Messages Exception
Many countries, including the U.S., differentiate between transactional messages (such as event invitations) and marketing messages. Transactional messages are often exempt from strict opt-in requirements because they are considered necessary for the service being provided. Since Sana’s Invite facilitates specific transactions (event invitations), explicit opt-in from recipients may not be required under applicable laws.

4. Modifications to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.

5. Eligibility for Use
Sana’s Invite reserves some parts of the Service exclusively for professional purchasers, sellers, collectors, and resellers of items and accessories who are acceptable to Sana’s Invite in its sole discretion. Although Sana’s Invite attempts to limit the use of these parts of the Service to such purchasers, sellers, collectors, and resellers of items and accessories, nothing herein shall create any right of action against Sana’s Invite for failing to adequately screen potential users or prevent the use of Sana’s Invite or the Service by users who are not professional purchasers, sellers, collectors, and resellers of items or accessories.

6. Third-Party Content, Sites, and Services
Sana’s Invite and content available through the Service may contain features and functionalities that link you to or provide you with access to third-party vendors and content, which are completely independent of Sana’s Invite. This includes websites, directories, servers, networks, systems, information databases, applications, software, programs, products, or services, and the Internet as a whole. Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.

You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any content, the truth or accuracy of the descriptions of any goods or services offered for sale, the right of the sellers to sell or license any such goods or services, or the ability of any buyer to purchase any such goods or services. The Service is designed for experienced buyers accustomed to buying goods and services based on photographs and/or descriptive text. Buyers should assume that any goods offered are not new, unless otherwise stated, nor in perfect condition, and may require touch-up or repairs prior to use. Available information about the items may be limited, and it is not possible for Sana’s Invite to verify information provided by the seller of any item.

7. Notification of Claims of Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please send your notice (“Notice”) to Sana’s Invite’s agent for claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement:
